Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, BESTBUYPCS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. BESTBUYPCS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, BESTBUYPCS shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Market Price
Due the fluctuations in the market price on a daily basis, BESTBUYPCS reserves the right to change any price listed on this site at any time. No adjustments will be made to any previous customers bill to reflect a price change listed on this site. Sites that BESTBUYPCS advertises with may show a different price then what is listed on this site. It can take up to 24 hours for an advertising site to update their listed prices. BESTBUYPCS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. BESTBUYPCS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. BESTBUYPCS is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by BESTBUYPCS.
Payment Policy and Net Terms
In order to fulfill any order placed with BESTBUYPCS, payment MUST be received before shipment of merchandise. Either a credit card must be provided or other form of payment (i.e. Certified Check, Money Order, etc.) Purchase orders will only be accepted as a means to hold an item in stock for you, it will NOT be excepted as a means of guarantee of payment. We do not offer NET Terms or C.O.D. orders. If an invoice needs to be created in order to supply payment then the CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT BESTBUYPCS either through email or phone to request that an invoice is faxed over. Purchase Orders received with no other form of communication letting us know of your interest in a product will not be honored. Universities or Government agency's will not be given NET Terms under any circumstances, and must follow the guidelines listed above to receive merchandise.
Payment Methods - Credit Cards
We accept major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with BESTBUYPCS. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Shipping Policy
BESTBUYPCS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.
Calculating Ship Times
The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the "Product Availability" time listed for the product ordered plus the Shipping Time for the delivery method you select.
Total Ship Time = Product Availability Time + Delivery Method Ship Time.
For example, if the Product Availability Time is 3-5 days and the Delivery Method Ship Time is 1-2 Business Days, you will receive your order in 4-7 business days.
Choosing next day or second day air does not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online.
You will receive your order 1-2 days after the "Product Availability" time listed for the product you selected. The "Product Availability" time is the amount of time required to process your order through our warehouse and acquire the product requested.
If you choose items with different "Product Availability" times -- for example, a in-stock delivery item along with a "Backorder" or "Preorder" item, each item will ship as it becomes available. There will be no extra charge for the shipment of these items.
Important Note: Please keep in mind that our warehouse does not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Sales Taxes
BESTBUYPCS shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Pennsylvania. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Computer & Electronics Return Policy
Products may be returned to BESTBUYPCS for replacement or refund in the following manner: Returns to BESTBUYPCS must be made within 14 days (7 days for cell phones) of the invoice date. After 14 days (7 days for cell phones), you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer or publisher of your product by referring to the manufacturers warranty provisions. Before returning any item, (within 14 days), you must contact our Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). To contact our Returns Department CLICK HERE to go to the Return Authorization Form. Please do not call since returns are processed electronically.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, and special order items may only be returned for replacement and not for any refund. Software returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is unopened. Non-defective software that has been opened will not be accepted by BESTBUYPCS for return. Defective software may be returned for exchange with the same product only. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition*, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and unopened accessories. The RMA number must be visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a minimum 10% restocking fee for a returned merchandise without exchange. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.
*BESTBUYPCS reserves the right to refuse/return products or charge a restocking fee of up to 20% to any returns which do not meet the above product "condition" requirements.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. It is your responsibility to have the parcel insured for your own protection.
Clearance Return Policy
Due to the nature of clearance product, returns will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by BESTBUYPCS at the address below within 14 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Before returning any defective item, you must contact our Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) VIA RMA FORM Online CLICK HERE. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 5 business days. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed. Additional time may occur with individual banks. When BESTBUYPCS receives the returned defective product, you will be refunded in full for the defective product plus the original shipping cost. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition*, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. No partial returns will be accepted. The RMA number MUST BE visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. If the CLEARANCE product is not returned to us with all of the original packaging, it will be sent back to you. All products will be tested upon receipt in our warehouse. If it is determined that the product is in working condition it will be sent back to you.
Manufacturer's Warranty
All returns and replacements occurring after 14 days from the invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from BESTBUYPCS or select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
Service and Support All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. BESTBUYPCS will provide on-line technical notes on most electronics, computer hardware & software products as well as links to the manufacturers.
