A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately. We will provide you the information necessary for handling this circumstance. All claims MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of order. After this time, you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer or publisher of your product by referring to the manufacturers warranty provisions. Please contact us directly for any issues with JVC Pro Projectors as they are handled directly by our store since they only accept returns by authorized retailers. Shipping charges (to or from the customer) will not be refunded. In order to return a product that is not defective, the product must be in absolutely new and unused condition for a full refund. Product returns are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee. Before returning any item, (within 14 days), you must contact our Returns Department for Authorization. As a 5 Star rated company, we maintain contracts with a number of national freight companies and delivery services. This will ensure your order is handled by only the most professional organizations. Additionally, our customer service is dedicated to support all your needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. Our team is very experienced and is what sets us apart from our competition.
Please note that shipping times vary by product. We are a member of a large Cooperative Alliance that features 21 Million dollars of available inventory on a daily basis. If there is a product you need we can source it for you!
Because ecommerce orders require an extra level of identity verification we typically build an extra 1-2 business days into the delivery process. If your “Bill to” and “Ship to” addresses are the same or are both listed with your credit card company this process may be streamlined.
Consumer Electronics (under 100 lbs.)
Most products are shipped via UPS Ground (3-7 days). We will attempt to ship the same day if your order is placed by 12 noon (EST) and verifies. We will ship 2nd day and Next Day orders same day if placed by 1pm (EST) and they verify. Weekends are NOT business days and not included when determining delivery via UPS air. For all UPS Air special requests including Saturday delivery and next day “morning” delivery please call us at (877) 692-3787 for a quote. Items over $500 will be sent “signature required”.
Televisions
Most televisions are shipped through a national freight company. This is the safest and most effective transportation for your HDTV. There are a few delivery options available. Additional fees may be necessary for “beyond” zip codes or high-value insurance.
Upon shipment of your TV, we will send you an email with your tracking number from the trucking company responsible for your delivery. For local deliveries, you will be contacted by phone to arrange an appointment.
The trucking company will call you within 48 hours of shipping to arrange a satisfactory delivery date to your door and confirm your address. They cannot schedule a confirmed date without speaking with you. If they leave a message for you please return their call as soon as you are able.
All trucking companies use local delivery agents for residential delivery. They are responsible to arrive to your residence with the TV in excellent condition, on a skid (this may be removed inside the truck). They provide "Threshold Delivery" which means they will bring the TV to your closest entrance. They are not, however, obliged to navigate up or down any stairs.
It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the TV for any damage not only on the box but on the TV itself. Please note any damages to the box or TV on the bill of lading. If the box is damaged please do not refuse the delivery but insist upon full inspection before signing the delivery receipt. If the TV itself is damaged then please refuse the delivery. To inspect the TV, please cut the straps and lift the box top. The trucking companies will not accept responsibility for any damaged TV if accepted by you and signed for on their delivery slip. If you are unable to inspect the TV at time of delivery please reschedule the delivery or contact the trucking company to request a special waiver (in writing/email).
Please record the manufacturer's 1-800 phone number and TV serial number before installing as you will need them to register the warranty (and extended warranty) with the manufacturer and/or Mack.
Appliances
Most products are delivered by a freight company to your driveway/garage within 10 days to 14 business days (Continental US). Multiple item orders and orders placed for major appliances (over 199 lbs) like built-in refrigerators and professional ranges will be automatically upgraded to “White Glove” delivery. We will contact you to review the additional fees that apply. NO INSTALLATION. Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Additional fees may be necessary for “beyond” zip codes or high-value insurance.
Packages under 60-70 lbs will go UPS ground or similar. Please call us for a quote if you need to upgrade your shipping selection.
It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the appliance for any damage not only on the packaging but on the appliance itself. Please remove the packaging and inspect the product. In rare occurrences, it is possible to have "concealed damage". You have 24 hours to report this to us in order to file a claim with the trucking company.

APO Delivery

Processing, Handling, & Insurance
Orders that require freight shipping may incur a Processing, Handling, and Insurance Fee (marked as P.H.I. on your Invoice) that is not shown on the confirmation of your order (on the website), and is only applied when our billing department is verifying and fulfilling your order. This fee may be charged to your order if (but not limited to just these options) you have a different billing address then the address you want the item shipped to, or if you are ordering a high value item that needs extra insurance due to its delicate nature and high cost.
Rebate Policy
Any and all rebates mentioned on our site are only offered by the manufacturer of those products. We do not have anything to do with the claiming, submission, payment, or distribution of that rebate. You must contact the manufacturer of the product you purchased for information about how to obtain the rebate form, and how to go about claiming that rebate. Bestbuypcs.com will not be responsible for providing any information about the rebate, nor will we be held liable for any customer's inability to claim any rebate.
Post-Order Price Match Policy
BestBuyPCS does not offer post-order price matching when an item's price drops after you buy it. Our prices regularly change, and the price you paid when your order shipped was the lowest price we were able to offer at the time.
